The handle used in this series is a REVOLUTIONARY ERGONOMIC HANDLE, comprising: a hard core of polypropylene (PP) in the heart of mango and a soft special rubber coating. This mixture of materials gives great comfort and adaptability in use, besides being a non-hygroscopic material (not absorb liquids), high temperature resistant and slip.

IDENTIFYING COLOR: Each knife can be identified according to the food to be cut, using a colored caps polypropylene, thus achieving a better hygienic and sanitary consumer control based on European standards.
